Today, Itama is a member of the Ferretti Group, a major international concern that has succeeded in skilfully enhancing the brand’s strong points and relaunching its leading role as an Italian style ambassador to the world. Following its takeover by the Ferretti Group in October 2004, when 100% of the company’s capital was handed over to the Ferretti subsidiary, Pershing, Itama is now ready to face the challenge of an important new season.
